BUILDING THE BARRICADE

Thanks to Roger Schock, we will soon have the framework for our barricade.  Roger fabricated the steel structure at his shop, Schock Welding, in Odell.  The framework measures 30' long by 8' tall.  Roger very generously donated his materials, labor, and expertise...a considerable and much appreciated donation.  Please thank Roger when you see him!  Speaking of thanks, we will soon have a list of all the businesses and groups that have donated to Les Mis.

DIGNITY VILLAGE TRIP

Thank you to the many parents who supported our trip to Dignity Village and attended the performance, and to all the students who gave up their free time.  The performance was a memorable one for the Villagers.  There is an article about the trip in the October 3rd issue of the Hood River News, written by Janet Cook.

SING WITH THE ORCHESTRA

The cast is encouraged to come rehearse with the Les Mis Orchestra d'extrordinaire, meeting on Sunday nights at 7 p.m. in the music room.
