This home is nicely decorated, roomy with a bright atmosphere. The river front view is hard to beat and sits on one of the best Nestucca Rivr fishing spots.

The Master Bedroom is furnised with a queen bed. The Downstairs Bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, tv/vcr/dvd, and games (perfect for kids).

The Living room, equipped with it's own tv/vcr/dvd/stereo, has a spectacular river view, wood stove, and opens out to the east deck & BBQ.

The Kitchen/Dining, delivers a peak at the ocean and is fully equipped (except a dishwasher), and has a table with six chairs. Double futon in dining room for sleeping alternatives. Laundry Room and East Deck.

No cable TV or telephone. No Smoking.
