All
Landowners and Residents are encouraged to test their soil and/or water. Utilize our financial assistance offer to
Wind River Watershed and White Salmon River Watershed Landowners and Residents
to help cover the costs.
Here
are some important details to the offer:

Underwood Conservation District (UCD) will reimburse you up to 75%
of your soil and/or water test costs.
·
Maximum reimbursement is $50 total per household.
·
You may get your soil tested through the lab of your choice; call UCD
for a list of labs and soil sampling
instructions.
·
To test your water, go to Skamania County Health Department
(509-427-5138) or Klickitat County Health Department (509-773-2494). Other labs are capable of this testing as
well.
·
You are not required to share your test results with us.
·
Send us the receipts, and we will reimburse you 75%, up to $50 total
per household.
·
Reimbursement will occur after the third Tuesday of the month.
·
