Secondly, we warrant the produce for a period of one year from the date of original purchase or receipt as a gift. This warranty, which does not cover damage to a product resulting from accident or misuse, provides specific legal rights. Other rights which vary from state to state may be available.

Return Policy

If you receive merchandise that's damaged or defective, please E mail us and let us correct the problem. If you receive items "not as ordered", please do the same. Include all the information from the packing list - such as the stock number, invoice number, and product description. A replacement product will be shipped to you immediately and without question.

Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.

Pricing

We try to keep our prices consistent, however, price changes may be necessary because our manufacturers and suppliers may raise or lower a price. Therefore, we reserve the right to change prices, without notice, on any item, for any reason.

Back Orders

If an item is out of stock, the rest of your order will be shipped immediately. The "back-ordered" item(s) that are able to be restocked will be shipped within 30 days from the date that your order was received. If you prefer a refund, please notify us. If an item cannot be shipped within a 30-day a refund check will be sent to you. If we expect to ship the item(s) shortly after the 30-day period has ended, we will extend the back-order...but only with your consent. Notification will be sent to you in advance. If your order was placed by credit card, you were charged for the whole order and credited for the item(s) on back-order, plus tax and shipping on the TOTAL order, at the point of purchase. (At the completion of shipping back-ordered items, your credit card will be charged for the balance of the order.)
