Carol Lindsay is a specialist in teaching groups of drummers and dancers to interact with traditional African rhythms. Called "The Drum Lady" by her younger students, she brings rhythm and fun to groups of all ages in many different settings.
Since the beginning of time, the use of percussion has been a way to tap into personal and group energy. In our society, it is also a way to learn about the forces that enter into the lives of people from other cultures.
The Rhythm Quest groups vary in skill and age and some of the groups perform while others get together to renew their connections. "The Drum Lady" has a class that you will fit into, just give her a call or email her.
