1971 Velocette LE Mark III
This is the actual last Velocette to made at the factory.  I purchased it with about 150 miles on it, and it now has about 700.  Two of these were purchased when it was apparent Velocette was going to liquidate.  I have full documentation for the bike which will be found on the LE page on this site.  It is on Loan to the WAAAM Museum in Hood River Oregon, but is taken out from time to time to keep it all operational.
 1950 Velocette MAC
This is my first Velocette, and has become one of my very favorite bikes.  I did a complete restoration on the machine in 2008.  It is a very fun bike to ride and I went touring on it at the North American Velocette Rally in Northern California.  Even though its a rigid frame bike it is very comfortable to ride for long distances with no fatigue.  The forks were replaced with the proper Dowty oleomatic forks in the winter of 2011.

1965 Velocette MSS
This is an excellent original low mileage MSS, which had 11,800 miles on it when I bought it in July of 2009.  The prior owner bought it in 1967 for transportation while in Medical School in 1967. Had been sitting for many years, but with about 2 hours of work, cleaning the gas tank, carburettor, adjust clutch and install new battery, it was up and running perfectly.  This is virtually a new bike. The MSS is a 500cc bike that is very reliable.  It is fitted with optional US specification handlebars.  Runs and rides as a new one would.

I decided to ride this bike to the 2010 VOCNA Rally in Utah.  An NOS set of craven panniers was fitted along with a sindscreen, and off I went.  Over the 11 day trip about 3000 miles were traveled with no mechanical problems.  Overall mileage was 50 MPG (US), and a bit less than 2 quarts of oil was used.  Would not hesitate to ride it anywhere.  My wife took the picture of me and the bike a few minutes after returning from the trip.  I rode a bit over 600 miles that day.
1971 Indian Velo
This is one of the very rare "Indian Velo's".  Floyd Clymer owned the Indian name and wanted to bring it back.  He had Purchased 77 Venom and 45 Thruxton engines from Velocette, so no more than 122 500CC Indian Velo's were made.  They were assembled in Italy with Italian motorcycle components and Velocette Engine and Transmission. He also had 750cc bikes made with Royal Enfield Interceptor Engines, shown below. Rode this one in the 2009 North American Velocette run, and am putting it on loan to the WAAAM Museum in Hood River, Oregon.

The first year Valiant is a very rare motorcycle. It is a low miles original paint bike. It is 100% stock except for carburettors, but I do have the originals to re-fit for display purposes. It has a 192cc opposed twin, 4 speed with shaft drive. It a spin off of the LE Model, but has an air-cooled and overhead valve engine. From what I gather, many of these were run very hard and blew their engines. There were only 1,601 of these made from 1957 to October 1963, and I suspect not many have survived.

1951 Velocette LE MK II
The 71 LE was so nice to ride for an around town bike, I decided to look for another one to restore and ride, so the 71 could be preserved and loaned out to a museum. Restoration was completed in early January 2010. The Mark II is a Water cooled 192cc side-valve opposed twin with 3 speed hand shift. Starting is accomplished with a hand lever.
1948 KSS MK II
This KSS is near the end of the line of the 350cc Overhead Cam engines. Unfortunately it had been turned into the "Bobber". I completely restored the bike in late 2010. Note it also has the proper Dowty Oleomatic fork.

There is a separate page with pictures during the restoration.

While attending the North American Velocette Rally in 2009, this bike was Available for sale. It had Clip-on bars and rear set controls, which have been removed to make it more practical to ride.

I completely restored the bike in 2010, and it is now ridden regularly.

1964 Vogue
When I received the 2011 Auction catalog for the Mid-America Auction in Las Vegas, I new it would be mine. Already having the Valiant and 2 LE's, it seemed like they had to all be together in my collection. Although it had been repainted in the original colors, it is a low mileage original bike that runs very well. Rode it 2 days of the 2011 VOCNA Velocette Rally, and it performed perfectly. The entire power train is identical to the one on the 1971 LE.

1948 KSS MK II
In Early 2012, the opportunity to restore another KSS came my way via E-bay. It also has the proper Dowty Oleomatic fork, and has the original rear fender unlike my prior Velocette projects. Restoration will be done beginning in October 2012.

There is a separate page with pictures during the restoration.
