Various Dressing Recipes

Ranch Dressing:

                                   small          large
                                  -------        -------
                          mayo    1/2 cup        1 cup
                    sour cream    3/8 cup        3/4 cup
           dried minced onions    1 tsp          2 tsp
          dried parsley flakes    1 tsp          2 tsp
                   garlic salt    1/2 tsp        1 tsp
                         sugar    1/2 tsp        1 tsp
         dry buttermilk powder    2 tsp          3 tsp
                   lemon juice    1/2 tsp        1 tsp
                  black pepper    pinch          dash
                          milk    abt. 2 TBL     abt. 3 TBL

Mix well. Cover and chill 3 hours before serving.

Hamburger Dressing

	                          small        large
	                          ----------   ----------
	Miracle Whip dressing     2 TBL        1/4 cup
	mayo                      2 TBL        1/4 cup
	french dressing           1 TBL        2 TBL
	sweet relish              1 tsp        1/2 TBL
	dill pickle relish        1 tsp        2 tsp
	sugar                     1/2 tsp      1 tsp
	dried minced onions       1/2 tsp      1 tsp
	white vinegar             1/2 tsp      1 tsp
	ketchup                   1/2 tsp      1 tsp
	salt                      pinch        1/8 tsp

Mix well in small container. Cover and chill for 3 hours before serving.

Tartar Sauce:

• 1/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
• 1/4 cup dill relish (or chopped dill pickles)
• 2 tsp dried minced onions
• 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
• 2 tsp evaporated milk
• 1/2 tsp lemon juice
• pinch sugar
