Deviled Eggs

• 4 medium eggs, hardboiled (see instructions with potato salad recipe)
• 1 TBL mayo or salad dressing
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp prepared mustard
• 1/2 tsp vinegar
• salt, paprika

Hardboil eggs. Peel and cut in half. Carefully spoon out egg yolk into mixing bowl.

Add mayo and spices to mixing bowl. Mix and mash with fork until yolk mixture is a smooth consistency.

Spoon mixture back into egg white shells. Sprinkle tops with a little extra paprika. Place in refrigerator to chill.

Serve after an hour or two.
