Creamy Chicken & Rice

Preheat oven to 375 deg. F

Remove skin from chicken, save skin for later. coat chicken with oil, sprinkle with garlic salt, set aside in refrigerator for 1 hour.

In mixing bowl, mix soup, water, wine, mushroom slices, rice, pepper, paprika.

Pour into shallow baking dish.

Place chicken on top. Season chicken with paprika and pepper. Place chicken skin on top of chicken pieces.

Bake, uncovered, in 375 deg. F oven for 55 minutes or until done. Remove chicken skin after 40 minutes and discard. Stir rice and return casserole to oven uncovered.

Serve with lemon juice for chicken.
