Creamy Baked Chicken & Noodles

Preheat oven to 350 deg. F
Oil and season chicken pieces with garlic salt. Set aside.
Mix undiluted Cream of Mushroom soup with water in large bowl.
Add dry egg noodles to mixture. Stir in to coat noodles.
Pour noodle mixture into oven-proof casserole dish.
Add mushrooms and chicken on top. Cover chicken with chicken skin if available.

Cover casserole and bake for total of 60 min. After 45 min turn chicken and remove skin. Discard skin. Continue baking in covered dish.

Turn off heat and remove cover of baking dish for additional 5-10 min to put a crust on the chicken, if needed.

Serve with dollop of sour cream for the noodles.
