Cheddar Potatoes

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Grease a small casserole dish with a cover.

Peel and slice 1 potato into thin slices. Arrange on bottom of casserole dish. Season with garlic salt.

Add about 1/3 of sliced mushrooms over top. Grate about 1/3 of cheddar over potatoes. Spoon a few spoonfuls of Cream of Mushroom soup over cheese and spread out.

Repeat for one or two more layers until ingredients are used up.

Cover and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees F. Let rest for 5 min.
