Breaded Pork Chops
Brine:
Sprinkle chops with garlic salt. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
Prepare Topping:
- 4 slices bread, chopped in food processor
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- + salt +pepper + 2 TBL oil, pulse in food processor
Toast crumb mixture on sheet pan in 350 deg. F oven for 15 min.
Coat Chops:
- 1 TBL flour
- 1 egg white
- dash water
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
Dredge chops in batter. Season with grated parmesan, parsley, and thyme.
Coat in bowl of toasted bread crumbs.
Bake:
Preheat oven to 400 deg. F
Place chops on wire rack over sheet pan.
Bake for about 20 min. until 150 deg. F internal temperature.
