MOUNTADAMS, or "Pahto" as he was called by the Klickitat people, looms above northern prairie. Over his left shoulder are the GoatRocks and Mt. Rainier. The winter sunrise floods his slopes in pinks and purples. The autumn sunsets set the prairie at his base on fire in goldenrod and rust.

MOUNT HOOD ("Wyeast") rises above the Columbia River Gorge to our southwest. Just as the sunrise tints Mount Adams, Mount Hood basks in the orange glow of sunset.
