	Confirmed reservations require 25% deposit, with balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
	Cancellations must be made no later than 5 days prior to check-in for a refund.
	Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets. We have allergies to both of these items and will not be able to make exceptions to this restriction.
	Check-in time is 3:00 pm, check-out by 12:00 noon.
