We take great care to make sure our property will be fully enjoyed by our guests. We spend a great deal of time on the property and we ensure the home and surrounding acreage receive year-round attention. This results in many advantages for you. You will find many personal and convenience items throughout the home to make your stay more comfortable. We are happy to provide you with tips and hints to help you get maximum enjoyment out of the area.

What basic supplies are provided?
More than we can list! We try to provide everything you'll need to be comfortable. A list of major items is found on the amenities page. In addition, you'll find the little things that make a difference such as coffee filters, dish detergent, paper towels, soap, etc.
Do you allow pets or smoking?
How close are basic services?
Just two miles away, you'll find Parkdale. Parkdale has a grocery store, hardware store, post office, family friendly brewpub/restaurant, playgrounds, gas station and more. Diesel is available on Hwy 35 in Pine Grove or hood River, or 3 miles north of Parkdale along the Dee Hwy.
Is the television hooked up to cable? VCR's? DVDs? There are 2 televisions. We can easily connect to the local cable system upon request. For stays of less than 1 week, there will be an additional charge of $50 for television hook-up if it is desired. Longer stays can request cable hook-up free of charge. The main television area has a DVD player and VCR. The upstairs television has a VCR.
Is the home equipped to handle children, toddlers and even babies?

How many can sit down at one
time to eat?
What needs to be done upon
departure? Please dispose of leftover food items and personal
items. Please make sure all dishes are washed and used linens are
placed in the downstairs bathroom or laundry area.
How soon do I get my security deposit back? A check will be mailed within 48 hours after departure or as soon as we have ensured there were no damages.
What is the cancellation policy? Cancellation needs to occur 7 or more days before your scheduled arrival for a full refund.
Who will be available in case of emergency? Any needs will be met promptly by the ourselves, or our managers who live nearby.
What are the check-in and check-out times and policies?
Check-in after 3 pm. Check-out by 12 noon. Special arrangements may be possible.
