Job Title: Research Scientist

Job Description: Applicants are invited to apply for opportunities as Research Engineers and Scientists in the Materials and Processes Laboratory. Individuals are sought with demonstrated potential and creativity in the areas of materials science, materials processing and math-based analysis. These researchers will help accelerate the discovery and commercialization of new materials and processes for the automotive industry.

Requirements: A Ph.D. degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry or Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physical Metallurgy (or other relevant area) with research emphasis on materials science and math-based analysis is required. Some industrial experience is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to function in a team environment are essential.
