automotive engine controls. Responsible for concept development,
implementation, and evaluation of model-based control and
diagnostic algortithms for next generation engine control
systems and future engine technology applications. Plan
and execute major test programs on complex test situations,
from coordinating test objectives with requesting design
engineer through designing fixturing and data reduction
systems and implementing sophisticated computer-aided measurement
systems.
Requirements: PhD or MS in Electrical, Computer,
or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent training with strong
background in control system design methodology, modeling
and simulation, control theory, and computer-aided control
system design. Research experience in control system design
for industrial applications.
