ALL KITS BUILT FROM THIS DATE FORWARD
WILL BE BUILT WITH ALUMINUM
The Toyota body is removed and a the new body is built from scratch.
These are built in a 26 by 40 foot shop.
It gets a little cramped at times.
This dash is fiberglass and hides the stock toyota heater.
This jig sets the hood mounts.
On this truck I moved the gas tank to the rear.
The body is welded and riveted together.
Frame is streched 17 inches to make room for the rear doors.
Fiberglass front end.
Skins for doors are fiberglass.
Door skin in place.
Speedliner is spayed on inside and under body.
Everthing else is painted with POR 15.
Dries for 72 hours.
Setting back on frame.
2 door wagon.
this is the body style I'll use for the postal rigs.
