Lyle Washington is located in the eastern part of the scenic Columbia River Gorge. We are located in one of the best areas in the United States for windsurfing, fishing, hiking, boating and hunting. |

The history of Lyle dates back to the time when the Native Americans fished for plentiful salmon in the Columbia and Klickitat Rivers. Lewis and Clark traded goods with these Native Americans while they were camped at the mouth of the Klickitat river. |
