American Literacy Council
The American Literacy Council provides resources and assistance to persons and organizations who are involved in the literacy crisis in America. The organization provides software and publications that seek or promote solutions to the problem of illiteracy in English speaking countries.
America Reads
We are parents, teachers, college students, care givers, volunteers, business people, children... And we are united with one goal. The America Reads Challenge calls on all Americans to help ensure that every American child can read well and independently by the end of 3rd grade. You can play an important role in the America Reads Challenge.
Barbara Bush Foundation For Family Literacy

Language and Literacy Project
