10 in The Bed

There were ten in the bed
and the little one said,
"Roll over, roll over."
So they all rolled over and
one fell out,
Now there's 9 in the bed
and the little one said, ..........

(continue until there are none in the bed.)

Gently down the stream.

Two Little Apples

Way up high in the apple tree,
(hold both arms up)

Two little apples smiled down at me.
(point to self)

So I shook that tree as hard as I could.
(shake hands back and forth)

Down came the apples!
(hands flutter down)

Ummmm, ummmm, they were good!
(rub tummy)

There Was a Little Turtle

There was a little turtle.
(one hand over the other, wiggle thumb)

He lived in a box.
(make box with both hands)

He swam in a puddle,
(make circles in palm of hand)

And he climbed on rocks.
(climb fingers over other hand)

He snapped at a mosquito,
(snap thumb and fingers together)

He snapped at a flea,
(repeat snap)

He snapped at a minnow,
(repeat snap)

And he snapped at me.
(point to self)

He caught the mosquito,
(clap hands)

He caught the flea,
(clap hands)

He caught the minnow,
(clap hands)

But he didn't catch me!
(point to self and shake head)

Head and Shoulders

Snow Sleding

Snow piled up will make a hill,

for sliding in the yard.

We rolled it up in great big balls,

Chubby Little Snowman

A chubby little snowman,
Had a carrot nose. (point to nose)
Along came a bunny
And what do you suppose?
(hold two fingers up to make bunny)

That hungry little bunny
looking for his lunch.
Ate that little snowman's nose
(pretend to grab a nose)
nibble, nibble, crunch

Five Little Seashells

Five little seashells lying on the shore;
(hold up 5 fingers)
Swish! went the waves, and then there were four.
(bend down one finger)
Four little seashells, cozy as could be;
Swish! went the waves, and then there were three.
Three little seashells, all pearly new;
Swish! went the waves, and then there were two.
Two little seashells sleeping in the sun;
Swish! went the waves, and then there was one.
One little seashell left all alone;
It whispered "SHHHHHHHH" as I took it home.

Five Little Tadpoles

Five little tadpoles swimming near the shore,
The first one said, "Let's swim some more."
The second one said, "Let's rest awhile."
The third one said, "Swimming makes me smile."
The fourth one said, "My legs are growing long."
The fifth one said, "I'm getting pretty strong."
Five little tadpoles will soon be frogs,
They'll jump from the water and sit on logs.

The Fuzzy Caterpillar
Sung to the tune: Itsy Bitsy Spider

The little fuzzy caterpiller,
Curled up on a leaf.
Spun her little chrysalis,
and then fell fast asleep.
While she was sleeping,
She dreamed that she could fly,
and later when she woke up
she was a butterfly.

Five Little Sparrows

Five little sparrows high in a tree
The first one said,  "Whom do I see?"
The second one said,  "I see the street."
The third one said,  "And seeds to eat. "
The fourth one said,  "The seeds are wheat."
The fifth one said,  "Tweet, tweet, tweet."

What do The Farm Animals Say
